PROJECT OVERVIEW
Designed and completed a modern 2.5-story residential building, perfectly aligned with the client's vision and customized to fit the family's preferences and requirements.
APPROACH
  • Design & Drafting: Used AutoCAD to create precise architectural and structural drawings for both the client and submission to the municipality for official records.

  • Structural Analysis: Performed an in-depth structural analysis using ETABS, applying the equivalent static method to assess the building's behavior under seismic loads. The results were verified with manual calculations in Excel.

  • Visualization: Produced photorealistic renders with V-Ray rendering plugin for Sketchup, to help client visualize the final appearance of the structure.
