PROJECT OVERVIEW
A modern 2.5-story residential building was designed and completed, with comprehensive architectural and structural layouts, detailed analysis reports, and 3D visualizations that ensured efficient construction.
APPROACH
  • Design & Drafting: Utilized AutoCAD to create detailed architectural and structural drawings, customized to meet the client’s specific requirements and preferences.

  • Structural Analysis: Conducted a comprehensive structural evaluation using ETABS, implementing the equivalent static method to analyze the building's response to seismic forces. This analysis was further validated through manual calculations in Excel, ensuring the structural integrity under various loading scenarios.

  • Visualization: Produced 3D models and renders in SketchUp, providing a clear and accurate representation of the final design, aligned with the client's vision and aiding in design validation and presentation.
