PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project involved design and construction of a modern 2.5-story residential building that addressed the client's demands. It included provision of complete architectural and structural plans as well as thorough structural analysis reports.
APPROACH
  • Design & Drafting: AutoCAD was used to design the building layouts and generate architectural and structural plans.

  • Structural Analysis: Performed thorough structural assessment using ETABS, applying equivalent static method. Footing design was completed using CSI SAFE, while the design of each structural element was cross-validated with manual calculations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
